1. What does EvilEye Games actually do?
   That's a broad question to answer because we are trying to do so much. I have been told that it may be too much, but I feel that with proper management in place, anything is possible. In nutshell, we are a gaming and technology community. We have a group devoted to game development that it really at the core of the company. These people work as a team on a professional level to develop video games - the ultimate purpose of the company. However, we also have groups that play games, make game videos (or machinima), create content for the site, and so much more. The only way to really find out about what we do is create a free account and check out our Other Groups pages. However, to give a straight answer, I would say we develop games and support a gaming community.
   
   
2. What's the catch on the free account?
   While I was shelling out the cash left and right for schooling, I often times found myself researching things online. The only thing that angered me more than paying so much for school was finding a site that had the information I needed only to find it required some paid subscription to read. Why does it have to cost so much to do something for yourself? It shouldn't. That is what powered me to make everything free. Now, the free account is actually just a basic account that gives you a profile and a decent set of things to do. However, there is no costly upgrade in order to do something more. You can do a lot more in the community by joining our groups, but each of these are free. The only way you'll be giving money to EvilEye Games is if you buy some tangible product or service from us. There are no hidden costs, taxes, or fees. Accounts, access, and information are free and will remain that way for as long as I can see. In other words, there is no catch.
   
   
3. Does EvilEye Games hire any help? and if so, how much do they get paid?
   For information on career opportunities with EvilEye Games, please check out the Careers page under the Our Company menu option. In the case of employment, there would be some set amount agreed upon for the employees wage or salary. However, a lot of the work within EvilEye Games is voluntary or commissioned. Volunteers of some group efforts do have an incentive pay program offered to them as a way of earning some extra cash. Commissioned work is contractually laid out and normally has some fixed price attached to it. While I wish I could be more straight-forward and give a concrete answer to this, the truth of the matter is that it will differ greatly for each person in each situation. There is just no way I can generalize the always changing opportunities and the subsequent possible earnings.
