The information we require is minimal: first and last name (for account identification), email (for verification and communication), username and password (for account login), display (for public account identification), date of birth (legal age verification), and gender (for gender specific account personalization). Other information (contact and account profile information) is optional. Members have the ability to choose what is and is not displayed on their profile pages as well as who can see it (all members, friends only, or no one). This optional information is collected for account and profile personalization only; it is not used by EvilEye Games in any way beyond the members profile.All information is accessible by the account holder and can be changed at any time. All subscription based emails are maintained on an opt-in/opt-out basis allowing members to control when, why, and how we contact them. Accounts are also able to be closed at any time (though any contributed data will remain property of EvilEye Games with the exception of any personal account information). EvilEye Games' online operations are all securely locked down and generally kept internal to ensure no chance of data inception from an outside source. Account passwords are hashed and stored for a comfortingly high level of security. Server and database access is extremely locked down to guarantee no unauthorized activity occurs. In compliance to The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), EvilEye Games does not knowingly allow any person of the age 13 or younger to create an account and/or share information with EvilEye Games, the EvilEye Games community, and/or any associated affiliate of EvilEye Games.
