Protecting our users privacy is very important to us. We will never share, sell, or in any other way forfeit a users personal information. This is of course excluding the information that is provided on a members profile, which can be locked at any time by any member for added security. Our profiles are completely customizable with the information it will show. A member even has the ability to lock the entire profile, preventing any member (other than the administrator) from being able to view even the most common of information. If a matter of legal violation arises from the actions of any member and their information is requested by proper authorities, we of course will have to comply with these requests and do not consider this a violation of privacy a member's privacy. Be sure to read the terms of service to understand our expectations of a member's actions and attitude.
The information we do collect (address, phone number, name, etc) is mostly all optional and only becomes required under certain circumstances (such as an address being required to ship products ordered in our store). This information is kept on file for those purposes only.
EvilEye Games sales operates through the use of PayPal as a way to keep things more secure and confidential to the buyer. EvilEye Games, in its current state, will NEVER ask for you credit card number or social security number. Any requests for this information should be reported to our customer support team immediately. Also, please notice that we do not request information by email regularly. In fact, the only emails you may receive from us include email verifications, account notices, order confirmations, or a newsletter. All of which require little to no action from the recipient.
In regard to child privacy, we do not knowingly collect information from any person of the age of 13 or younger. This is in compliance to the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). We can only ask that people create accounts truthfully with accurate information.
