- A members profile content must be provided in compliance to the following guidelines
- No discriminative or offensive material is permitted (sexism, racism, sexually graphic material, extreme profanity, etc)
- Avatars and profile pics must be suitable and contain no questionable material
- Any provided information must be entirely truthful about the account holder
- Forum usage must not violate any of the following guidelines
- All URLs posted must be existing, safe locations on the web
- Excessive use of profanity is prohibited
- Discrimination in any form is entirely intolerable
- User submitted content and actions in general are governed by the following restrictions (this applies to, but is not limited to, the following areas: game reviews, news articles, user services, group material)
- Any material that could violate, or support the violation, of any law is strictly prohibited
- The transmission of any content that is profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited
- Impersonating any other individual or entity, which includes any form or attempt of account fraud, is strictly prohibited
- You are solely responsible for any content you submit and EvilEye Games assumes no liability for any content submitted by you.
- We may, but are not obligated to, restrict or remove any and all of your submitted content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise harmful to us, other EvilEye Games members or any third party.
- EvilEye Games reserves the right to purge the content you provide as we see fit.
- As a member, you are to understand the following points completely
- EvilEye Games has the right to change these terms of service at any given time in any way; which applies immediately to all members, who are expected to follow the current guidelines at all times
- EvilEye Games has the right to alter, restrict, or close your account at any time for any reason
- EvilEye Games will never request credit card or social security information and places no expense on its members for site use or access with the exception of transaction through the online store
- Internal groups are offered to enhance a member's experience with us; those taking advantage of one or more of these groups must understand the following points
- Each group will have additional policies that are placed on top of these fundamental terms of service that apply to the internal elements of that particular division
- Any group that stresses confidential material or money-earning possibilities will required contractual agreements for the protection of our company's interest and its members
